A build in Where Winds Meet starts with your two weapons. Each martial path is an official pairing of two weapon martial arts; this page lists the ten paths in Version 2.2 and where each pairing is confirmed. Pick the path that matches the weapons you want to play, then open its guide.
Last verified: October 6, 2026 (Version 2.2). Inner Way, gear set, and stat recommendations are being re-checked for 2.2 and will be added here with their sources. Until then, see the Builds hub.
You are not locked into these pairs: the official 2.0 update overview says weapon martial arts can be paired freely, and some popular builds mix paths, such as Nameless Spear with Strategic Sword.

“Official notice” means an official update overview or the patch notes name both weapons for the path. “Patch notes + two community sources” means the official 2.0 patch notes place one of the weapons in the path, and the partner weapon is the same in a PvE tier-list video and a written builds guide.
